These Terms of Service govern your use of udepsa.com and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Udepsa LLC is a limited liability company registered in the state of Michigan. Our products are formulated and produced in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change. We will always honor the price at the time of your confirmed order.
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping costs. We do not store your payment information.
We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of receipt. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we are not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.
Free shipping is available on orders over $35 shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders below this threshold are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Our refund policy is described in full on our Refund Policy page. We do not accept returns.
Our products are cosmetics regulated under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. They are intended to cleanse, condition, and improve the appearance of skin. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results may vary.
We encourage you to review the full ingredient list before purchase. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please consult with a qualified healthcare provider before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Udepsa LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kent County, Michigan.
