Refund Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2026

We do not accept returns. All refund requests are handled without requiring the product to be sent back — it's yours to keep either way. We offer two types of refunds: a satisfaction refund and a defect refund.

Satisfaction Refund

We want you to have enough time to genuinely evaluate the product before deciding whether it's right for you. For that reason, satisfaction refund requests are not accepted before 15 days after the date of delivery — skincare takes time, and we'd rather you give it a real chance.

Satisfaction refund requests must be submitted between day 15 and day 45 after the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted outside this window — either too early or too late — are not eligible.

A satisfaction refund is offered for one jar per customer per product line, regardless of the order quantity. Repeat purchases will not be eligible for a satisfaction refund if one has already been issued.

To request a satisfaction refund, contact us at support@udepsa.com with your order number and we will process your refund promptly.

Defect Refund

If your product arrives with a manufacturing or quality defect — including evidence of oxidation, contamination, or damage that occurred prior to or during fulfillment — you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

To request a defect refund, contact us at support@udepsa.com with your order number and a photo clearly showing the defect. We will review your submission and respond within 2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
